Eclipse 4.4 compatibility

The current version of wolips is not working in Eclipse 4.4 (Luna). See the commits for the changes necessary to be able to use in in the current version of eclipse.

With the changes in the commits the plugins are working, but there are open issues:

• The current version of ant returns on the method org.apache.tools.ant.Project.getProperties() a HashTable. Your code is expecting a Map. Which version of the ant-jar are you using? I have migrated the code to work with the HashTable, but this change is not included in the commits.
• The IncrementalBuilder is reading the folder 'MiscTemplates'. If this folder cannot be found anywhere (it searches for example in '/Library/Application Support/WOLips') then the Builder crashes with a NullPointer in WOIncrementalBuilder.java in the Line 239). A custom exception could be thrown indicating that this folder (and its content) is missing...

Hi Wolfgang,

Can you create a new branch (eclipse_4_4 or similar) in your fork and resubmit your pull request? This way, it will be easier to test your changes in 4.4 while keeping the current code for older versions of Eclipse. We will merge it into master when we check if it works for 4.2/4.3 and 3.8.
