Handle java agent launch arguments #137

This ports Lachlan Deck's addition to the woapp version of this file to the woapp_52 one. It'll enable correct handling of javaagent launch arguments via "---javaagent:fooBar.jar".

@hprange could you do a maven release of "woproject-ant-tasks" please? That would give us access to the javaagent handling in the woapp_52 version of appstart, which is not available in the latest release (2.0.16). Obrigado!
