Components: Reorient the html and wod parts side by side #8

At the moment the html and wod panes when editing a Component are displayed one below the other. As more people begin to use wide screens could these parts be displayed side-by-side?

This really isn't going to be helpful on anything smaller than a 27" screen. Many people work on macbook pro screens at least some of the time so this change would not be an entirely positive one.

If you wish to submit a patch for this please ensure the feature has a user selectable property.

I agree it should be a user selectable property but I'm not sure I'm up to the task of writing a patch.
