surveillance mode for run-dds-escape-variants.sh #16

Hi @johnbradley I was trying to practice with some data and it seems the surveillance mode for this script run-dds-escape-variants.sh is not working as in run-escape-variants.sh

@wodanaz The run-dds-escape-variants.sh does not look for the -s surveillance flag. Right now it only uses these three arguments: https://github.com/wodanaz/Assembling_viruses/blob/a4336481521c2224003bff3471e6c2b3bde77a12/run-dds-escape-variants.sh#L11-L13 I will look into changes to support passing the surveillance flag.
