Adds 3 tabs to spreadsheet #57

Adds "Read Depths" tab from spike_depths.final.tab. Adds "Pangolin Lineage" tab from pangolin csv file. Adds "Metadata" tab from supermetadata.tab with "Week" and "Month" columns derived from the "Date" column.

NOTE: This change depends on the date.tab file containing a valid date to use when determining the week and month columns.
