Currently the pipeline is uploading the log file for the upload-output-data.sh script: https://github.com/wodanaz/Assembling_viruses/blob/d835fc2504efd1412800c0835868d026f84a5b78/scripts/run-staging-pipeline.sh#L66 This causes problems because the file is modified while it is being uploaded and also doesn't make much sense.
