Add composer parallel install plugin #9

@PavelPrischepa couldn't complete automated test, requires some docker user credentials

@fortis It's because Travis secrets (Docker Hub user/password) aren't available within PRs. It's my mistake. I've disabled docker push in master branch.

Back to PR. The plugin already exists https://github.com/Wodby/drupal-php/blob/master/7.0/Dockerfile#L158. Does it works for you?

oh I just missed this, yes it works
