gnupg keys import fails #45

gpg: directory '/root/.gnupg' created
gpg: keybox '/root/.gnupg/pubring.kbx' created
gpg: connecting dirmngr at '/root/.gnupg/S.dirmngr' failed: IPC connect call failed
gpg: keyserver receive failed: No dirmngr

Caused by using 3.8 and edge packages together, edge packages are deps of imagemagick https://bugs.alpinelinux.org/issues/9190 https://github.com/alpinelinux/aports/pull/5402

Fixed in 4.8.0
