gnu-libiconv repository update #70

Hello,

I just noticed this morning some build trouble getting the libiconv package 

  gnu-libiconv (missing):
    required by: world[gnu-libiconv]
The command '/bin/sh -c apk add --no-cache --repository http://dl-3.alpinelinux.org/alpine/edge/testing gnu-libiconv' returned a non-zero code: 1

After some debug, it turns out it was moved from the testing to community repository here (and previous is now 404)

Just adding this note to save time and let you know in case need to also update files such as https://github.com/wodby/php/blob/8d4a12380a6956c33cb7b5c7f7fa47de3a909835/7/Dockerfile#L110
