The instructions on how to install the shell completion files are outdated because they are now stored in completions and we also have completions for the fish shell.

Thanks, LGTM. No Idea why the build is failing. It's probably not related to your PR. I'm changing the checkout from v1 to v2. Maybe that fixes the problem in the future.
