Add apk to releases #42

As can be read in this article: https://privsec.dev/posts/android/f-droid-security-issues/ , F-Droid has many unaddressed security issues. Because of this, I think it would be great for the project if there were an APK included in every release.

This would make it possible for users to either download gptAssist directly from GitbLab or use apps such as Obtainium (https://github.com/ImranR98/Obtainium) to obtain and update the gptAssist app.

Most apps available on F-Droid already do this, so I don't see any reasons why gptAssist wouldn't.

Just a lot of nonsense in this article. My own build environment is for sure not safer.
