Rain Widget Directions #115

I think the new widget for rain in the area is really good. It would also be helpful to be able to see the direction of the wind in the widget and perhaps set off an alarm as soon as rain moves into the "dangerous" area.

wind direction is not necessarily the direction of rain... The alarm would require to analyze the image...
