Feature Request: skip buttons in portrait phone UI

When watching a video I often find I want to quickly jump back, say 30 seconds, 
to rewatch something.  I find the scrollbar too sensitive for this, especially 
when it is scaled for media over a couple of hours.

I would like two buttons that allow skipping back or forward a set amount of 
time.  The size of the skip would be configurable in Settings.

These buttons exist, but only in landscape mode (there isn't enough room in 
portrait)
