no support for ubuntu #5

I'm afraid I don't understand what you mean.

You provided easy installation with http://software.opensuse.org/download/package?project=home:wojdyr&package=xylib however, ubuntu and other system that use apt-get instead of yum are not supported and require manual compiling...

This is more of a suggestion, I understand it might not be a priority.

Ah, indeed. Actually deb packages are also there, but because of different naming convention of debs they are shown here: http://software.opensuse.org/download/package?project=home:wojdyr&package=libxy3

Maybe I'll link to xyconvert instead, it has the same name in all distros: http://software.opensuse.org/download/package?project=home:wojdyr&package=xyconvert
