Find a better way to typeset equation annotations #1571

Now they are typeset with \tag. The recommended way seems to be using more columns in amsmath's align environment. See here, section 3.6.

All annotations updated, except the two in C.2-5. Find a way to move the second one to the next line as it is now with \tag.
