Add ability to export information about IPv6 visits #124

Analytics Data Export API

Request summary:
Please provide the ability to export "IPv6" as a dimension, preferably 
separating this into "Real", "6to4" and "Teredo" (Real vs AutoTunnelled). You 
can identify 6to4 hits because the origin IPv6 address comes from 2002::/16, 
Teredo hits come from 2001::/32. Everything else can be considered "Real". 

Use Cases:
With world IPv6 day approaching (June 8th), dual stacked and IPv6 only site 
operators would very much like this dimension. For example, I would like to be 
able to report on IPv6 visits by type (real/tunnelled) .

Removing an obsolete label that was used when these issues were in the 
gdata-issues project.
