Create customDataSources through API #820

To be able to run automated setup of a GA account, I would like to be able to 
create a customDataSources for different data types and fields by means of the 
API. Given the tedious nature of adding fields to a customDataSource through 
the web interface, this would certainly speed up and minimise errors during the 
setup.
