I could not get a configuration file

hi man,

I could not get a configuration file for my android app. When I click on the 
button "GET A CONFIGURATION FILE", direct me an empty page with loading circle 
forever without any error or success message.

Now I could not integrate into my app due to missing configuration file.

please help.
