Downloading GoogleServices-Info.plist page not loading in the browser. #837

I am trying to download the GoogleServices-Info.plist for my iOS application. 
But the page for downloading the configuration file is not displays in the 
browser. It always displays the loading indicator. 

The URL is

Hello,
Does this problem persist if you first visit 
https://console.developers.google.com/mobilesdk/bootstrap and create a 
developer project?
