Unable to get configuration file for Android #840

Issue summary:

  I'm trying to add Google Analytics to an Android App and the link (https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/android/v4/) suggests to get a configuration file. However, clicking on "Get A Configuration File" just keeps loading forever and doesn't proceed further.

attach screenshots or sample code which demonstrates the issue being
described.
