Not refreshed when using with DataTables.net Pagination #112

What steps will reproduce the problem?

When used with datatables.net and pagination the stars disappear when you 
change to another page.
checkboxes are shown instead of stars.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Stars

What version of the plugin/jQuery are you using?
PLUGIN VERSION: 3.14
JQUERY VERSION: newest

When new HTML is inserted you need to invoke the plugin again.
