Fix wrong link in readme, update html manual #47

This PR fixes mistakes in manual shipped with plugin:

github page link was pointing to direct stable download
html version of readme displayed in krita plugins page was not updated

This PR breaks the semantic versioning, but I'm OK with that, as there are no changes to the code, and releasing 1.3.1 would feel like a slight overkill here
