Need support for reCaptcha 2.0 API #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Currently Recaptcha4j still using google 1.0 API, It's way to difficult for end 
user to enter the response character.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Recaptcha 2.0 like currently Google does 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Recapcha4j 0.0.8

Please provide any additional information below.

I found the maintainer's email but no response yet.  I started to port it so 
our site works:
https://github.com/peoplemerge/recaptcha4j
I broke all of the tests, but if you could peer review and discuss what's 
needed, I can carve out a few hours to make it distribution-quality.
