Description

Update the user guide now that we have a conda package.

Todos

[x] Split user guide into "Getting started" and "Installing"
[x] "Getting started" covers how to generate dynophores (TBA) and visualize dynophores (dynophores Python package)
[x] "Installing" covers how to install the Python package from conda or from GH
