Increase the range of the pre/post knobs #130

The pre and post knobs are not powerful enough. Sometimes, even if I set the "pre" knob to its max value, I have to use a separate gain plugin in order to boost the input signal to a satisfying level.

This is easy to fix, but I'm pretty sure it's a breaking change...
