This PR modifies the file structure of the project to make it a bit more conventional:
Replace plugins/wolf-shaper directory with /src
Move plugins/wolf-shaper/Libs/ directory to /libs
Move Chivo font to /resources
Move Screenshot.png to the /docs folder
Put shell scripts in /tools
Remove the Debian package from the source tree. On Debian and derivated systems, the plugin can be installed through other means, such as the KXStudio repositories.
