NanoWheel cursor wrap-around is broken #91

It just gets stuck in the corners of the window.

Other widgets have a similar issue, but it's not as major: https://github.com/pdesaulniers/wolf-shaper/issues/30

OK, now it should be better now. It gets stuck in the corners of the screen, a bit like described in https://github.com/pdesaulniers/wolf-shaper/issues/30
