Hi How honeynet can detect bots?

What kind of bots? any unauthorized port connection should classified as suspicious behavior, need further analysis. that is what HoneyNet do.

I am talking about bad bots and how honeynet can help to detect them? Foregin address show in syslog?, I used Kfsensor before and there be some more info about visitor details. Is it possible in honeynet ?
