Added new lines to translation data for Filters (Filters not yet added):

"MCDEALER_FILTER_ADMIN_SHOPS" "MCDEALER_FILTER_ALL_SHOPS" "MCDEALER_FILTER_PLAYER_SHOPS"

Added translation script for searchbar placeholder (Line 105 - 110 in script.js) currently not working! Browser console says translation error. Script is okay and translation files also.

you know, that its not working. please lets get it up and running first. (before starting the pull request)
