Currently, each Datapack, Plugin, or Mod requires implementation from us, as well as an extension of the existing script.
Proposed Solution:
Introduce a system for identifying and handling the compatibility of Datapacks, Mods, and Plugins directly within the web overview. This could be achieved by implementing the following features:
Handling Items with Own_Name:
Items with their Own_Name should not trigger the translation search, and a standard icon should be applied.
For items with a unique Own_Name that indicates association with a Plugin/Datapack/Mod (e.g., "datapack.block.item"), the system should:
Search for translations in a designated subfolder (translation/datapackname/)
Search for icons in a subfolder specific to the Datapack (datapackname/block/item/)
Benefits:
By implementing this adjustment, users would gain the ability to seamlessly integrate custom item plugins and datapacks without the need for manual updates from us.
This approach empowers users to take control of the integration process, reducing the dependency on us for every Datapack, Plugin, or Mod support update.
