Updated Release #145

Hi @wolf4ood,

Are you planning publishing a new release to crates.io anytime soon? I think the last release was a little over a year ago, and there have been some PRs merged since then that are helpful. As a work-around, I've been having cargo pull a commit hash from Github, rather than a release from crates.io. That works fine, so I can keep doing that if needed.

the latest release on crates.io is 5 months old more/less https://crates.io/crates/gremlin-client. If it misses something let me know i can do a quick release

@wolf4ood, thank you -- entirely my mistake... I was going by what I saw from Github's list of releases and didn't think to double check with crates.io.
