General Updates for kirkstone recipes versions relating to wolfssl pr… #69

The repo had some issue, it contained older versions of some products along with multiple recipes for a single product. This cause the update tool to break. Also added to the update tool to automatically add changes to files so a commit can be made after an update if that is desired.
