fixes for misspelled/malformed macro names, and add missing BUILD_AESCCM setup in wolfssl/internal.h

tested with wolfssl-multi-test.sh ... wolfsm-all-gcc-latest quantum-safe-wolfssl-all-gcc-latest super-quick-check
