Ugly font rendering

Font rendering right now is stock. And it's every bit as hideous as font rendering on the Debians and Arch's of the world.

Ideas

• Use "slight" hinting DONE
• Embiggen fonts. Especially in Firefox, they're just too small
• Investigate patches. Ubuntu patches things up the gazoo, and there's always Infinality, but it has stability/QA issues. This is a last resort
  • Have started incorporating Ubuntu-style fontconfig tweaks. More work to be done
• Disable bitmap fonts to prevent... ah, "suboptimal" fallbacks DONE
