Binding to Active Directory with NTLM #532

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Windows 2008 R2
2.Binding to Active Directory with NTLMv2
3. PWM 1.7

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I´m Trying to configure PWM with Microsoft directory , This sever has a 
hardening and not allow simple authentication , only support NTLMv2. How can I 
configure PWM to support this enviroment? Can I modify ldapchai to support it?

What version of PWM are you using?
 1.7

What ldap directory and version are you using?
Microsoft Active directory

We will not be adding support for NTLM.  Possibly kerberos one day, if 
anything.  OAuth is already in the trunk.
