ldap schema information for openldap is broken

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. configure slapd.conf to load schema file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
slapd will not not start

What version of PWM are you using?
1.7.0

What ldap directory and version are you using?
symas openldap gold 2.4.34

Please paste any error log messages below:

The attached schema file works for me.  Note that I reverted the OID to match 
the eDirectory, etc schema and stay within the IANA assigned OID space.   I 
have no idea where the OID in the openldap OID's in the PWM Administrator's 
Guide came from.

slapd 2.4.31 (Ubuntu 14.04LTS) needs the attached ldif in cn=config format to 
import the schema changes using the following command. It has been converted 
from the schema file using slaptest.

sudo ldapadd -Y EXTERNAL -H ldapi:/// -f pwm.ldif
