Forgotten Password Flow #576

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.enable Require Current Password during change
2.enable Forgotten Password
3.and then after i got the link that redirect me to change password page it's 
ask for current password.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1.Can ask for Current Password before change to a new one.
2.Don't ask for current password after redirect to change password page in 
forgotten Password Flow.

What version of PWM are you using?
1.7.0

What ldap directory and version are you using?
OpenLdap
