AD minimum password age display does not show minutes #580

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create Active Directory PSO with minimum age less than one hour
2. Login as user with the above PSO
3. Check My Account -> password policy

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

 Expect to see "Can be changed no more often then once every xx minutes"
 Actually see "Can be changed no more often then once every 0 hour"

What version of PWM are you using?

 Nightly build b0 r726

What ldap directory and version are you using?

 AD server 2008 R2

This should be a bug/enhancement - but I don't see how to change the category!
