5028 error when pwm is deployed in a domain with underscore characters

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. The issue only happens with Internet Explorer not with other browsers. If 
the domain in where PWM is deployed have a undescore (_) character we recibe 
this error.

https://example_domain.com/PWM/ 

PWM 5028 PWM 5028
Unable to establish a session with your browser. Please close your browser and 
try again.

2. If we replace the domain with the IP it works.
3. If we use an other domain name without underscore it works.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Insted of Login page this error is display

What version of PWM are you using?
1.70

What ldap directory and version are you using?
OpenLDAP.

I could found the explanation. Exporer prevents from the use of underscore 
character on cookies.
