When creating new cells using ^+ and v+, their order is lost after saving

To reproduce the bug, go to http://guarded-eyrie-7047.herokuapp.com/doc/static/wolfe-pack/tim/test and create a cell above the first formula (using ^+) and one above the second formula. Type something in markdown, save, reload the page.
