Display a notebook as a presentation.

Each cell is a slide, full screened and centered. Preferably, each slide also has a title, which is the nearest heading.

Also, need to add left/right arrows, optional footer with slide count, keyboard shortcuts, and (optionally) transitions.

most likely using reveal.js.

Looks like a decent start, finer issues going forward.
