Support for Notebook Configuration #35

Doc-level configuration, for stuff like #28, amongst others. This should include a simple "gear" icon that presents, initially, editable configuration JSON text.

Addressed partially by 941b2b1f293b0ce0b92fbea1f82969e88ad788bb.

Need to write sample code that uses it, but basically cell.extraFields now have these.

This is not quite notebook configuration yet, but that should be easy to add now.
