D3Implicits should be moved to wolfe.ui #104

...and htmlgen dependency not used as core dependency but only for wolfe-ui.

Looked briefly at this. The problem is that D3Implicits are also used in specs of wolfe-core. Of course we can remove them, but it may be useful to visualise factor graphs when debugging the specs. Still I don't think we should have ui dependencies in core. Any ideas?
