Bamboo 5.2 #58

Does the plugin work on 5.2? If yes, can you release a compatible version?

Gday mate, I haven't tried it yet worst luck.

I have been working on some error handling changes so i will so I will keep you posted.

It looks like it doesn't. We were just trying to get this working on a new Bamboo installation with 5.2 and the 2.2 version of the plugin. Nothing happens with the Bundler install task:

Yeah I am working on a few fixes for the issues with error messages, bamboo changed the way it reports exceptions raised in the plugin.

Secondly I am waiting for Atlassian to fix their public maven repo so I an test with 5.2 hopefully @i386 sees this soon!

Just released a new version to my repository which is located at http://repo.wolfe.id.au/au/id/wolfe/bamboo/rake-bamboo-plugin/2.3/

Would be great if you could test it for me.

Atlassian in all their wisdom has created some horrible new marketplace interface which i need to fill out before releasing a new version. I need to have a bunch of copy and screen shots of specific sizes to do so...

I will try and get it out on the weekend.

I just deployed this (2.3) on my (new) bamboo (5.2) server. Building with bundle and rake db:migrate seems to work. Had trouble with RuntimeManager finding the RVM version of ruby, so had to install a system version of ruby on Ubuntu, not sure if that's related to this version.
