Cross-check AssetMap type (Interop/SMPTE) and filename #52

Interop AssetMap file is required to be named "ASSETMAP". SMPTE AssetMap file is required to be named "ASSETMAP.xml".

Fixed long-standing issue where dcp_inspect did not check this. See cd050b865e5deeb5a08ce2da895b7028e2973b94
