report of identical to upstream deployment not providing metadata:

could be related to access to annotations/plugins in the values file not sure if we compile plugins as well https://github.com/falcosecurity/charts/blob/20f7b679216ffd4e7ac15d07fb42203ba204b942/charts/falco/values.yaml#L289)

i let @Dentrax know as well. heres a ticket to track

tested this on a standard aks cluster

worked as predicted (note metadata):

Since we can't move over issues from one org to another, I created an issue on the fulfillment board for visibility and added it as P2 as it hits the GTM criteria for this. Please view updates from Delivery here
