Update web3 integration #1

@RadxChangeSG I haven't looked at this in a while, and I would imagine there are some updates needed to move it to web3js 1.0 and adjust to changes in MetaMask. If there's interest in it, I can put some time into updating it and of course happy to accept PRs.

hi! thanks for this great dapp, it still works fine with the old web3. but yes, it could be fun to update it (and also to Solidity ^0.5.0).

on another note, i work with SNARKs and would be interested to integrate those into this contract; do ping me at yingtong@ethereum.org if this is of interest!
