API refactor

[wolflu05]

This PR refactors the API to use a generic endpoint for bulk creation. It also refactors to use the more readable drf views to simplify code.

• [x] add types (single, tree)
• [x] change GenerateKeys context to more meaningful name
• [x] add created amount to bulk create done success message
• [x] fix existing/add new tests
• [x] create url construction function for templates url
• [x] use only one page with Django context
• [x] use GET bulk create for interfering model types and their settings
• [x] move description tooltip for field to backend
• [x] adjust plugin min version
