Messages always open in main frame on some mobile devices in new UI #156

This affects Chrome browser - does not seem version-specific. URL in address bar in this case is msg.php. Users can return to previous screen by tapping Back.

Reply button does not work, too - could be because of an exception in the Reply script.

Investigate.

Same with old UI - seems like a bug in Chrome (or Android) with handling of target attribute of a element on certain devices.
