[enhancement] add option to trigger resume function #712

It would be nice to be able to choose with an option whether gnome-mplayer 
prompts for resuming a video file at the last position (when the player has 
been closed without reaching the end of the file) or not.
This option is missing in version 1.0.8 on Ubuntu 13.10.

This feature is already in the SVN code.
